Just look'n to meet new people in the iron game and eat up any info I can get,:chomp: 29 years old 5'11 190 lbs my scale says 22%bf but I can still see outline of my abs. eat about 4200cal a day clean most of the time. try'n to gain another 20-30lbs,(I'll post more ?'s on more related threads)...
