AMP training log

Today was a straight recovery day. No lifting, just letting the body chill and reset so I’m fresh for the week ahead. Knocked out all my meal prep, food’s ready, fridge is loaded, everything set up so the week runs smooth with no stress.

Coach sent over the plan and we’re aiming for my first show around July. Got a call with him this week to lock in the details and get everything official. Kinda crazy thinking about it never really saw myself doing a show, but it feels right. New challenge, new level.

Overall feeling really good mentally and physically. Energy’s up, mindset’s solid, and I’m actually excited for what’s coming. Just taking it one day at a time, staying consistent, and trusting the process. Recovery today, back to work tomorrow locked in.

Back, abs, and cardio today. Perfect way to start the week.

Everything felt smooth, good connection back was working how it should, abs felt solid, cardio was on point. Nothing felt rushed or forced, just one of those sessions where you’re in a groove and everything lines up.Not gonna lie, I’m really enjoying the feeling of looking good lately. Physique is finally starting to line up with how I’ve always pictured it in my head. Still plenty of work to do no delusions here but the progress is real and it’s motivating as hell. Proof that staying consistent and trusting the process actually works.

Solid session today. Felt strong from the jump and stayed locked in the whole time. Chest is feeling full and starting to show that shredded look more each week, which is exactly where I want it. Shoulders felt wide and solid side delts popping nicely and holding tension through every set.

Only downside was peak gym time… machines were basically on a waiting list. Had to be patient and move smart, but still got everything done. No excuses, just adapt and work.

Overall, progress is exactly where it should be. Week’s rolling strong and momentum is building. Just hoping this wave of new faces in the gym calms down soon so the grind can stay smooth. Locked in and ready for what’s next.

Legs and cardio today easily one of my favorite days in the gym. Ever since I started putting real focus on legs, the changes have been wild, and today was one of those sessions that just confirms it.

Legs felt full and vascular from the jump, and every set was hitting exactly where it should. No wasted reps, no cruising just controlled pain in the best way.
Pushed the workout hard and trained legs all the way to the edge.Finished it off with cardio and yeah… legs were absolutely toast by the end. Walking out felt like a survival challenge, but that’s how you know it worked.

Honestly, one of my best weeks yet. Everything’s clicking, momentum is rolling, and I’m carrying this straight into the new year. No slowing down just stacking days and letting the work speak.

Yesterday was a full day off exactly what I needed. Took the foot off the gas, focused on recovery, and let the body actually absorb the work instead of just surviving it.

Came back today with back and biceps and man one of those workouts where everything just flowed smoothly. Felt locked in from the first warm up to the last rep. Mind muscle connection was there, strength felt smooth, pumps were amazing.

Physique wise, I’m really liking what I’m seeing lately. Getting leaner while still looking fuller and thicker is such a good feeling. It’s proof the boring stuff works consistency, food on point, training with intent. Hard work really does pay off, even when it feels slow day to day.

Big win lately too sleep has finally been improving, and it’s making a huge difference. Recovery feels better, joints feel happier, and mentally I’m in a way better headspace. Crazy how much good sleep changes the whole game.
Momentum is rolling right now. Planning to finish this week strong and keep stacking these good days. No rush, just progress!
