    Test E 800mg, deca 300mg, eq 300mg and freaking Dbol 50mg/day. Simple, basic and if you don't grow off this, then give it up and take up tennis..:D 12 weeks with the injectables and 6weeks at the most for the first weeks for the orals.

    Which is a problem I see in alot of guys. Then try incorporating reverse grip barbell rows and machine pullovers (nautillus, hammerstrength etc.) Strict form and watch your lats turn into broad wings.
