Almost 3 months from my last posting. Making good ground. My progress is better than I thought it would be being I screwed my knee up and have no cardo in my workouts for the past 2 months.

Just got back from Hawaii. I had 3 weeks to loose some weight this was a last minute trip I was trying to put some size on before summer but hell who am I to complain, I was going to Hawaii LOL!
