So, as life moves in its snail pace forward and resistance builds agin, we do with as we can. The past 2 months have seen walls enclosing me with limitation. My hands are locking up. The knuckles of my middle fingers of both hands have been locking up every time I bend my fingers. WTF? Is it my diet? Old age, I'm only 57 for Christ sakes! Also my right hand constantly cramps up, goes completely numb, and goes cold while I sleep. Every hour or so through the night I wake and kneed the circulation back into my lower arm. No sleep, constant cramps, no circulation and coldness every night. Saw a hand specialist and he tried to squeeze my funny bone, you know where the ulnar nerve passes the inside of the elbow: nothing. I didn't feel it and there was no "twitch" at all. That was the arm a student stabbed me in Back in Dec 2009. "You're ulnar nerve is shot," the Doc said. Too young for this crap. Just too young. What's worse is my forefinger has an uncontrollable twitch, and the other day my thumb failed carrying a food plate and I dropped the plate. Jeez, and I just wanted to get into shape again. Guess I'll stick to 2-arm curls and presses.

Could it stem from that fat chic in high school kicking your ass & stabbing you in the arm?

If not, could be old age setting in - does your family have a history of arthritis?

That student stabbed you in 09 holy hell that seems like yesterday. That little incident basically ruined your life. The next few years of bullshit all stem from that one moment in time.

Yeah, when he stabbed me in the forearm with the pen he pierced the Ulnar nerve and an artery. I was actually thinking the high Blood Pressure might be related to the scar tissue on my artery because my arm constantly throbs. The Hand Doctor scheduled me for a new nerve test in 2 weeks. It's been progressively getting worse. As a stretch I thought some deca might help, especially to help lube the myolin sheaths around my finger joints. Worth a shot at this point.
Oh, and the 260 lb chick that attacked me was in 2012. Tore my left shoulder labrum in that one. Still very difficult to sleep on my left side. No healing there either.

A single shot of cortisone into the finger joint should cure
trigger finger.

bro there is no way that a "scar tissue" on your artery that is that far out in the periphery can cause high blood pressure. If that was the case every Gun Shot victim would be walking around with high blood pressure.

I also think that cortisone shots could help you. I had one in my shoulder years back (for a frozen shoulder) and it did wonders. But if you get one be sure to rest for a few days afterwards.

If you want something more natural, see a good acupuncturist.

If you masturbate more often it should fix the issues with your hands and fingers but use plenty of lubricant to avoid a rash or skin irritation.

Since my Wiener quit working a year or so ago my hands and fingers get stiff and ache all the time too , never had these issues when I masturbated 3 times a day ,
also my BP issues were lower to , could be you just need some alone time with some lube and movies.

Monday I will get an electrical stim test for my hand. Don't expect much. I don't feel anything but pressure. It's the cramping and locking fingers that bother me. Low test doesn't benefit the libedo much either.

I followed your advice and got 2 cortisone shots for the 2 middle fingers on my right hand. On my motorcycle and even though they were a bit stiff on the way to dinner now that I've stopped they seem to loosen up. Feel very free now. Will take your advice about going easy the next few days but prognosis looks good at this point!

Your fingers should be completely better within two weeks.

Right hand fingers are already better, compared to the left hand ones which weren't treated.
