I know a person who takes it and it doesnt seem to help her that much. She is already in pretty good shape but for some reason is considered "overweight" by her KENTUCKY dr lol. I have tried it just for the energy it can give u and it does wire your ass out, also gives us some serious cotton mouth. If you have loose skin nothing is going to fix that but surgery.
