+2min jog. Not impressive in the slightest.

We added 10mg tren ace daily 2 days ago for more workout aggression. It was the right call.
Will pull it if it starts fucking with my sleep too much.

Scale isnt moving like we need it to. Down .3lbs from last week.
I can see that I’m leaner, but we need to see more.
This is not an 8-week out physique.

I don’t feel confident in my rear lat spread, most muscular, or abs+quads.

I’ve got a few guys here who want to help, as well as a few on other sites. Posting these in multiple places to farm all the help i can get.

Also, i pinned lats for the first time today.
Not bad. Will revisit tomorrow with another 2ccs.

I tried pushing through, but the migraine won today. Couldn't finish shrugs and wasn't going to attempt laying down for ham curls. Probably calling it an early day at work as well.

Note sure how I missed this. There’s a lot to read up there so I gotta admit that I didn’t lol. Questions…. Height and current body weight and bf%? What weight class are you aiming for? I’m assuming open BB due to the posing? First time? I did scan through and saw that you weren’t confident with some things. Don’t sweat it. 99.9% of people aren’t going to walk out there and win their first show anyways, go through the process, try to have fun, and get a little stage time under your belt. Honestly if you don’t enjoy it the day of the show it’s just not worth it. I always just did what my coach wanted so I’m not gonna be the best source of info, but maybe if you give everybody a little more info you’ll get a little more feedback.

Okay so we're pushing the show back to Dec 6th and taking a few weeks to try working calories back up in the meantime.
This will be a long shot no matter what, but I'm gonna give it my all.
