Its not too bad. 145/85 but I am getting winded really fast when I walk

I am thinking about talking to my doc about it. I am sure he will suggest beta blocker or ACE inhibitor. Should i ask him about diuretics instead, since most of the hypertension is probably from water retention due to AAS. If anyone is on beta blocker have they effected your life negatively?

yeh. i thought about that.. but then i figured might as well try the real deal meds. Atleast I know exactly how tehy will be working and waht the side effects will be.

you have to do what you have to do man.. age is just a number.


I am done with sustanon and high dose AAS though. I started after a long time on 625 mg sust a week. and just two weeks in i am getting BP scares but I m going to stop it. I am going to look back at anabolics 2006 and look at the beginner cycles.. I saw one with 30 mg var and 200 mg primo.. Maybe i will try taht..

I take a diuretic and toprol xl.
The toprol definately keeps my BP down, but I'm not sure I like the negative effect it has on my sex drive.
My legs don't swell as much with the diuretic either (Hydroclorothiazide 25).

I am taking Inderal and Hydroclorothiazide.....once my Doc put me on Inderal...fucking a ...my blood pressure is great,,,and yes its a beta blocker, i finally found something that worked 4 me.....dont mess with your BP bro....take it from me....keep on eye on it,check regularily....its the silent killler.....Z

140/90 is boarderline hbp. Often an AI will keep bp in check. Bata Blockers seem to have less negative sides than Ace Inhibitors which often cause a constant dry cough.
