Anytime I change something on my profile, I get an email confirmation.

Anyone who knows you could probably change a password with the typical security questions people use. That's why I make up unique questions that only I know.

And yes ,Verizon always sends confirmation texts and emails when changes are made.

I've had Verizon for years and never have had that happen.
