bid on our house

We got a bid that's fairly close to asking.
We countered and will see their response today.
We have a bid on a bigger house contingent on the sale of ours.
It's a great neighborhood closer to my daughter's school and a block away from the in-laws. They're old and it would be convenient to be closer.

It seems like a lot of extra work, but I think settling down would be great.
With all the equity we have in this place, and some money, we could have almost 200,000 to put down.
Any thoughts? The new place is 340,000.
 
dude 340,000 would by a palace around here lol . ive been around the country and im still amazed at the difference in the cost of liveing .
 
$200K down oh yea I'd do it that would be a small monthly mortage and almost small enough to do a 15 year and it with intrest rates a ARM lone might even meen a lower intrest rate.
 
If its close i would take that offer and run homey....The way the market is right now, you could not accept this offer and not get another one even close for months....Take it and run...
