There are many things we eat in the morning to remain lean.
For the past year and a half, for breakfast I generally eat
1 lowfat yogurt, spoonful of peanut butter, and coffee.
(Course I alternate that with 2 Bacon, egg, and cheese wraps from Dunkin Doughnuts and coffee.)
Well, I didn't say I knew everything, and besides, after losing 50 pounds 2 years ago, I have been maintaining a 45 pound loss since July of this year.

That's cool. Normally I have two scoops choc protein powder mixed with 1 teaspoon instant coffee.

dang, u guys eat light for bfast...i read somewhere that a larger yet healthy bfast is better because it really kick starts your metabolism in the a.m. ....heck ive been eating 9 egg whites and 1/2 cup of oat meal and 1 scoop protein powder. Am i doing this all wrong here?

Not at all dude. They do eat light fosho relatively speaking...I'm thinking perhaps bcoz of their work, and they eat a big ass brunch haha! :D

When I have time, I cook 12 eggs(10 whites & 2 whole), oatmeal and a protein drink. Breakfast is important as you are in a catabolic state from being nutrient deprived all night while sleeping. When I don't have time to cook, its a bowl of Total cereal, banana and 2x amount of protein drink.

15 egg whites and round 100 grams of carbs coming from oats and wholegrain shiaaat

but half an hour before that upon rise 1 scoop whey mixxed with blueberries

Thanks DPH i was about to get worried. its always been preached to me that u go big on bfast and then everything else is just kinda nibblin on shit thats high in protein. when i dont have time to pre cook 7 meals for the day i get me a gallon size back of deer jerky and just munch on that shit ALL day. Deer is supposedly high in protein and very lean not to mention MF'n good! lol....any objections to that?

on days off i make a very big breakfast, bacon, eggs, toast, shake, oatmeal.... when im working i wake up, down a shake and oatmeal. when i get to work (within two hrs) ill have my big breakfast on the go. im not a morning person whatsoever and surprised my meals are as big as they are

Anytime. However, theres quite more to it than just "nibblin on shit thats high in protein" throughout the day brah!lol You still need to get your carbs in...not like you eat carbs for breakfast ONLY dude. I mean yeah, if you're in a carb depletion state for a show soon, thats one thing. But you're not, so get your carbs/protein/healthy fats in and you will be good to go. No rocket science required. ;)

yea man i probabaly need to eat more carbs...i usually eat a sweet tater for lunch, oatmeal for bfast, and maybe some fruit after i work out along with fish and cottage cheese with crackers. not big on carbs bro, guess im more of a carnivore lol...i'll have to do better on that i reckon
