As I get older its getting worst. I am stressed yes, but I have not problem falling asleep, its staying asleep. A few years ago I had a script for ambien but it worked ok but not all night and I could tell it was drug sleep not tired sleep. My mom is a light sleeper and walks the floors at night, I guess that's a trait that was inherited.

Anyone else have thee issues?

I wake up all through the night, normally I just fall back to sleep.

I would sleep well if I didn't have to get up 4 times to piss throughout the night.
But fortunately I'm able to go right back to sleep.
Maybe I need to cut down on my fluid intake?!

I used to have this problem but not anymore I've leaned up a bit so I think that helps

Haven't had this problem for a while. One of my buddies swears on a tall glass of water and melatonin before bed, hasn't had an issue with sleep in ages

I'm in the same boat.. I've tried to use things like Tylenol PM and Benadryl (same active ingredient) ..But I wind up too groggy in the morning.

Due to sleeping with my mouth open, I know I must wake up several a night to reach for a drink of water.. And there is always, I mean always, a bottle of water on my night stand

I have sleep apnea. I guess I've had it for a long time. My last girlfriend drug me in to the doctor and we did a sleep study. Now I have a cpap machine and I sleep great. Just in the last couple weeks though I've been waking up too. Before the machine I was up at least every hour to piss. Now I'm not sure why I'm waking up cause I know I get GOOD recovery sleep...

For me, I think is more stress related. I fall asleep good, then with in 2 hours my mind starts and then up and up and down. Like Bass said, I tried advil PM and other crap but it leaves my head cloudy all day. Maybe I need to make myself tired with some good activity. Who knows..lol

I have trouble falling asleep, but once i'm asleep i typically sleep through the night. Mine is stress related to and i've struggled with it most of my adult life. Sometimes i have to take a Benedryl to knock me out. Even after a good workout i still have trouble sleeping, even though i'm physically tired.
