F-ing medical problems, real or imaginary? Hematuria, blood in the urine, so I had the cat scan today. Can even now relive the heat in the IV passing to my finger tips-flame on! Talk about a pound of flesh. Had only half the stitches cut from my leg yesterday. Told the Doc, "Hey, my calves will rip the slice wide open in no time, better give your skipper some more time!" She agreed. My calves are 18"+ even damaged. Plus another 8 keratosis skin cancer spots burned with liquid-nitrogen, including my face; blister city. Spirit reigns! Gotta get our protein somehow... come Monday I return to the gym, stitches come out Tuesday. Let's get ugly!

I get a bunch of little issues but I don't really discuss them since they are mild. Like asthma, some days , my asthma sucks. Other days my ear rings so bad I can't hear much of anything. Or sometimes I will get so busy at work I will drink too many coffees too many days in a row and my asthma/GERD will act up and then I will have a cough for 3 weeks. Some tings are just going to start happening in the 50s. That's just life. More or at least different setbacks than when young. Best thing you can do is tighten down the diet most of the time, drink less/no booze, get more sleep. Take a day off from the gym once in a while if you feel a cold coming on or other stresses are impacting heath.

Those little keratoses are probably going to keep happening. That's from sins of the past. I don't know if you've been taking bodyshots or what to give you blood in the piss or what.

amen

That's the thing, hadn't taken hrt or any shot what-so-ever, prescription meds, Rec drugs, or anything for 9 months prior to the blood test except maybe 3-9 beers per week and always with food. Just getting a base reading is all, not worried, psyching up for a run is all. Things are lining up. Ready to move on.
