clean bulk diet - help needed.

goal : clean bulk to around 200 lbs

MEAL 1
- 1 cup oats
- 10 eggs whites

MEAL 2
- 7oz lean red meat
- 1 cup parboiled rice
- 1 cup cooked beans dry

MEAL 3
- 7oz chicken breast
- green salad (tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber)
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

MEAL 4 (PWO)
- 1? cup parboiled rice
- 7oz chicken breast

MEAL 5 (PPWO)
- 8oz sweet potato
- 7oz lean red meat

MEAL 6 (before bed)
- 7oz salmon
- green salad (tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber)
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

* all measures are taken cooked.
 
looks good throw some spinach or broccoli in ur salad. also whats the total of pro/carb/fats?

p.s. if u start getting abdominal pains its from the ACV means you have to much acid in your stomach.
 
spinach is a good idea to counteract acidit, I will throw some on my salad.

~275g CARB
~79g FAT
~30g FIBER
 
why no carbs pre workout meal?..it should have some..in a nutshell ,switch 7 to 3
 
OK. Meal 3 will be eaten 90 min prior workout to allow time to my body convert that food in usable fuel.

Right now I'm sitting at 190lbs. Diet is working wonderful.

Plan to bulk to at least 210lbs completely natty. Dead line is July, 01 2010.


remember : the weight is taken first thing in the morning naked.
