I dipped under 200 this am. 199.5 first time in well over a decade. You could see some good abs the last time, but I will take the victory just the same.

I am very happy with the cut this time. Adding some size and cutting BF simultaneously. It is amazing what happens if you just do the required cardio. IGF seems to be preventing muscle loss. Good stuff!

You can never out train a shitty diet bro. I totally agree with you its surreal seeing your body transform and recomp from good training and proper diet. Definitely helps with motivation to keep going too. Keep up the good work bro.

true.. except for genetic freaks maybe... lol... but too much cardio can be detrimental imho...to getting ripped... do the minimum amount necessary.

So much depends on ones metabolism. Joe can eat pizza & Big Macs 3-4x ew with no cardio at all and still be 10% (like me :D), yet Bob does cardio 5x ew and can't get below 15% if he even looks at a cookie.lol :p

p.s - To be fair, I DO have to walk about 1/2 mile each day at my job, but it's at a leisurely pace & nothing that get's the heart pumpin'.

I agree bro. I'm afraid I'm not one of those genetic freaks but I can at least say I have earned all my gains. During off season I still eat some what clean for the most part put do up my cals and have more cheat meals. I tend to do cardio 3 time a week for about 30 mins each time, Seems to be enough for me to still stay somewhat lean and with in 15-20 lbs of stage weight. During the competition I will do cardio every day except for days off.

When I do cardio I only do low intensity high duration. My heart rate doesn't go up too high. Best way to burn fat and not muscle IMO.
