Last night me and friend went out and we got pretty tipsy. At the end of the night we went and got something to eat at a local sub shop that everyone goes to when the bars close.. Me and my friend got in an argument with a couple black dudes.. I called one of them a nigger.. The cops came and gave me a ticket for it.. I told the officer what happend.. I told him that they were calling us names to.. One of the officers actually heard me call one of them a nigger.. Do I have any rights in this situation.. Am I protected by the first amendement? I do feel like a huge moron i should never called him that but my anger got the best of me..

besides, you're not supposed to call them that anymore, the new word is president,

they're calling each other president all the time now.
 
No the cop wasn't black... I dont understand , I see the crazy kkk dudes on tv yelling nigger and crazy shit like that and its protected. I got a ticket for saying nigger (I really shouldn't of said that I was in the heat of the moment Im not trying to offend anyone)
 
never heard of anyone getting a ticket for calling someone a nigger....what was the charge????
 
That gets me mad seriously if a black person called u a honky i would like to see them give them their ass a ticket for that. The cops are shook of minorities anytime a crime is perpetrated they have to walk on egg shells with them

damn never heard of a ticket for name calling ....what if u were black and blind dressed up in kkk suit n called a black person nigger like chapelle lol
