It's pretty basic...just sign up and follow the instructions. If you know a little html...sort of like what myspace uses, then it shouldn't be too hard. You will just need to fill out a description and upload a pic. Craigslist is free if you want to go that route and the exchange of money and the items is in person.

Ebay has gone to shit lately.
If you are selling jewelry... DO NOT meet privately with a local buyer.
Some times it's set up to rob you.
Meet in a public place... like a resteraunt.
Also, Ebay just changed its feedback policy.
Sellers can't give negative feedback to buyers who don't pay.
So... be picky who you want to sell too... and state in your auction that you WILLNOT ship to an unverified paypal address.
One more thing... you might want to state that you only accept Paypal from a direct bank transfer.
People can dispute a credit card paypal payment and have the charges reversed way after the transaction. Paypal most often times sides with the buyer and will suck the funds right back out of your account.
