I eat quite a few eggs and egg whites. Just kind of curious what people think about them. Mornings I usually do between five and eight eggs depending on how my cardio was prior to eating. Sometimes if I lifted prior I will add some toast or throw it in a tortilla. No adds other than some ketchup. Obviously its not my only breakfast but it is by far the most frequent. Thoughts? Thanks.
 
Usually only have time on the weekends to scramble up some whole eggs with some cheese and salsa,fried potatoes too,getting hungry,lol.During the week it's egg white shakes,with oates,and whey.

I eggs a lot. I normally have two whole eggs with 8 whites.

Cabo Im trying to lose bodyfat lol. That does sound good thought. Egg white shakes. Do you just use the white of the egg or do you get the egg whites in the container?

Usually daily its 2 whole eggs with toast /ham and PbJ for breakfest pre workout .
then post is my shake with Egg whites.
Depending on what my mindset is I will hard boil eggs and have one or two with a can of tuna for a snack .
 
Egg whites international is a great source for egg whites. We go thru close to five dozen eggs a week in my house between me and family. I make pickled eggs probably 2 times a month for me an little oz.
 
I too eat between 1-1.5 cups of egg whites and two to three whole eggs every morning. When on a bulk, I add in an English muffin or two and maybe some fruit.

I wish I could do something for a pre workout. I get sick if I eat before the gym. Well I am doing two eggs and six whites for breakfast with a piece of toast for breakfast almost every morning unless I mix it up with a protein shake.
 
I eat 4-5 whole eggs every morning along with a few strips of bacon and half an avocado. Usually holds me till about 8-9 am
 
I crack open 8 in a cup, Mix with a teaspoon of cocoa and a pack of stevia. Drink
 
I have 5 whole eggs for breakfast on Tues/Fri/Sat each week. I scramble them in butter and have 6 slices of Canadian Bacon with it.....and Sriacha sauce and Hot sauce as well. Sometimes i'll have 2 slices of toast with it. I'll try to add in a half an avocado too if I have them at the house.
 
Love me some eggs. Had some scrambled with chopped up onions and cheese this morning.
 
I have eaten up to 12 in a sitting. Average 4 a day. Either HB or nuked in the microwave!

Yea man I could seriously eat eggs all day. There are so many ways to make them its hard not to eat them plus I like them. Well that and I like them. Did I mention I like eggs? Haha. Yea I dont think I have eaten 12 but I know I have done eight or nine.
 
I eat a lot. I usually have a quick breakfast every morning with a dozen whites, two cups ground oatmeal, and a big slop of olive oil. Takes less that 3 minutes to prepare, eat, and clean up then out the door.
 
I have 12 a day. My first breakfast is 2 whole eggs and 4 whites with about 2 cups of oatmeal with a scoop of protein powder. I scramble up the eggs and add some bacon bits. Then I have the oat meal. I have the same meal about 4 meals later. I love eggs!!!

I eat a lot of eggs to, you can cook them a bunch of ways and add all kinds of crap to them to change things up.
 
Yea my wife is always pissed because I go through the eggs so quickly. But its whatever. She'll get over it. I love eggs.

My wife is usually pissed because of what happens when the eggs go through me. :) I eat them for breakfast and drop a couple in my post workout shake. Only eat organic feed free range because I'm a dirty hippie. :D

i do 4-8 a day usually. Always cooked in my cast iron pan, but usually somehow different. My standard breakfast is 4 eggs, 2 pieces of good toast and a big hand full of organic salad mix. Add in nuts/nutbutters, spices, cheese, whatever i think off to keep things interesting.
 
I live off eggs. Will always eat them. Simple, cheap and packed with protein and healthy fats.
 
Agreed. I eat eggs easily every day. Sometimes twice if I don't really feel like cooking something else.
 
I love eggs but can't eat them everyday wish I could my cholesterol goes threw the roof if I do !!! It sucks
 
2-3 dozen whole eggs every week

Usually a scrambled mess with left overs mixed in
