I think there is a miscommunication here. We are always going to go out of
our way to make a customer happy. In offering the customer a credit on his
next purchase, was offering them FREE product on their next purchase. This
is something the customer would have agreed to. If the customer has a 4
gallon case and only one bottle was leaking, they may not need the other
bottle sent right away. So, if the customer is not happy with that arrange, they
should tell us so we can do whatever it takes to make them happy. The
customer would have had to agree with that arrangement. It would not just be
forced on them. PLEASE have them call me if they are unhappy, so we can fix
it.
We are at the mercy of FedEx to not damage our product in shipping. We did
not send it damaged.
As an affiliate, we want you to know that we have the best customer service
on the planet. We just have to know that there is a problem to fix it.
