What pre workout was it? I understand some people not able to handle pre workout supplements, but those who can, they're soooo underrated. I just take a scoop of powder bf walking in and chug it down with my water. Gonna try BANG, Dawg!

It was back day. He never spewed or had the shits in the gym before except on leg day - so this was a first. He attributed it to trying a new pre-w.o drink. He was doing deads, and on his heavy set with 185, he spewed and shit his pants at the same time. Epic! :yesway:
