Lookin' jacked bro! Gonna start callin' you popeye with them thick ass forearms. In that pic I would only believe you are 230 if you were like 5'10, but at 6'2, you look 250-260 easy. :igok:

Haha thanks man means alot coming from you. I carry all my weight up top cant get my legs to grow for SHIIIIIIIIT lol. This was also after a night of binge eating sushi so I had a nice full carb pump

Haha it's a kholer. I hit my legs as hard as I can but I also have floating knee cap in my right leg so I gotta be careful.

you looking good man... Seriously...

Yes be safe with your knee... cant train if you blow it out

Looking damn good brother, be careful with the knee's.. I've had 7 surgeries on my 4 total knee replacements, I can still train the legs but it's a bitch...

Looking huge bro. Legs bang out squats with a weight you can get for twenty and six sets bro it won't be as bad on your knees and legs will blow up

Haha thanks fellas. Not making excuses for the legs cuz when I train then I train them as hard as I can. They have come up a lot for sure in the past year or so. Gonna keep pushing through the pain haha.

Try a copper knee brace to keep your knee stable, as I have a similar issue to yours and a knee brace helped me tremendously on leg day.

Thanks guys. I used to use a J brace for my knee but then my leg got too big for it haha. I have just learned to deal with it the best that I can. I dont let it stop me from training legs I just wont have branch warren wheels any time soon lol

Thanks man. I used to eat the normal bb diet when trying to cut but since switching to a more flexible approach I have been able to enjoy foods daily to keep my sanity and also stay on track.

Thanks man. Figured I would see how lean I could get and maintain. Its almost bulking season again haha
