After the aches and pains I started coughing, sneezing, my appetite is gone because I don't taste anything ....

They say you need to get worse before getting better. I hope so because yesterday I felt really crappy. I have been sick for a week now, I keep coughing, my body is aching and I don't taste anything I eat.

I worked yesterday and as you know my job involves a lot of walking. It did me good. I cough a lot more when I'm indoors. I stopped by at the shelter after my shift but couldn't stay long -- I had a runny nose, watery eyes and a sore throat around the cats.

I haven't worked out since Tuesday. I told GF that I would take a break and that's what I did (he said that there was no point in not working the lower body as long as I had to walk around with all my gear on. Since I stayed at home from Tuesday to Saturday I didn't run or lift weights).
