Found some steak for yall

From everything I've read. You cannot buy legit wagyu beef in the US due to export laws. It's been awhile since I read that; laws may have changed.

The wagyu I had in Korea you could melt the fat on a raw steak with the heat of your finger it was so marbled and delicate.

I would probably kill myself eating something like that. lol

The fat content/marbling is very well proportioned, it's delicate and not chewy or grisly. The steak is tender beyond belief and tastes amazing. However, not $100+ per lb amazing.

The cows are raised in stalls and not allowed out for the entirety of their lives. Also they are hand massaged by trained masseuse to help keep the meat tender. The raised I'm the stall part is supposed to increase the fat content, hence the extreme marbling of the meat.
This is for real, I'm not joking.

Sorry bro, thats a bit of misinformation. They are not stuck in stalls. They graze on grass only. They are handled with great care to avoid stressing/tensing the cow and making the meat tough. I've seen farms in Asia that raised Kobe beef and they were always roaming the grass fields freely. People claim they're massaged and given small amounts of beer to calm; that I do not know. One thing I did notice is that they were not among the other cattle and their grazing areas were not large like the "regular cattle."

Maybe they keep them in stalls when the sun goes down or if it's cold. I've only seen them in the warmer months during the day.

Interesting. I've only heard stuff on TV and even then I'm usually preoccupied with something else.
That sounds a bit more humane considering they are bred and raised solely to be eaten.

This is somewhat correct, there are also specific feeding programs and at timed intervals the diet is changed to allow for the creation of increased marbleing in the meat....

I have prepared true Kobe beef and the Waygu anglo off shoot. they are very good but nothing id care to spend the money on, give me a good ole USDA prime angus ribeye and call it a day
