From fat to natty

Well, for those of you who do not know me - I know lifts , rocket , scott , few other bros here - I was put on a slew of medications for nearly 2 1/2 - 3 years - 2 grams lithium, 1.5 grams depakote, 800mg serequel - these were the hardest on the body (along with many many other psych meds) - also I was on a methadone clinic for 3 years solid.

At 18 I stopped lifting and turned to opiates hard core - my addiction cost around 500-600$ daily and ruined my life. By the time I got on these medications - frankly I did not care if i lived or died. I could barely eat, yet I was putting on about a 1lb of fat a day (not lifting, not running not doing a damn thing except becoming very very good at video games and not getting laid at the time).
First pic is at 376lbs pure fucking fat bro's - second pic is where I dieted down to - 210lbs natural. I am currently 6'2 262 as of this morning and stay on most of the year nowadays. After I finish my summer cycle I might post pictures then - but I would prefer to post after my bulk in the winter.

This is for anyone who thinks it cannot be done without hard work - diet - and training. My life was at the point of suicide before the iron called me back. Now 50lbs heavier (sure lil bloaty maybe) measurements are far surpassed what I could've imagined. This is for you fellas and ladies who need a lil kick start - think 10-15lbs make you bad ? Try being this obese, starin at type 2 diabeties and losing everything that would motivate you.

And now - for those who think 1 1/2 years of training hard and diet don't work. This is at 210 about 6 months ago: current stats 6'2 262 - running 600mg cyp, 300mg tren.

thx fellas - i will post up pictures after my bulk and then after my cut - the bulk is going very very well. I hadn't used in nearly 5 years so I responded like a first cycle.

:) When I was 15 I started training hard - juiced by 17 - 19 was a junkie and on massive mediations - 22 started training again - then that pick - now about 4 months into my cycle and from 210 im 262 and bf might be up 4% at most to be honest. I can't believe how my life has completely changed. Lost everything I was and had - but the iron gave me a calling again and now the rest of life makes sense to care and live for.
 
You have done much to steer toward the positive.
That is commendable. Your biceps are commendable as well.
My hat is off to you.
Life is like a video game, there are many layers and sometimes we go up while other times we go down.
It is the going up part that keeps us from going down, (but if it's a really sweet pussy, you don't have to twist my arm).;)

thanks fellas - yeah I will edit it later - I am at my friends grilling chicken hahahaha.

Next post will be 2 cycles deep (like I said iM responding like first cycles, and well , first run with tren) has me about 35lbs of muscle heavier - I'd say I've managed that with 10lbs of fat maybe lil more - which is a good clean bulk for me. Alll I can say fellas; remember the iron never lies ? Well it also doesn't give poor advice - it tells you when you need to rest - when to eat - when to sleep - and my entire life has been put together around that then. I am hoping to get 250 @ 10% - I am opening a gym in miami in less than a year with my training partner - mainly for powerlifters, but something that their isn't a lot of there.

Without pwrlifting and bb'ing I would never have a chance to be more than the grunt labor I've done my whole life - but this is still america and you can make yourself and a life if you have a few good breaks and are willin to bust ass.

I will post after my cycle - man this is a CLEAR example of what rec drugs can do you - I was 19 , boxing , lifting , playing football and basketball in college . .. yes I started running sauce early (16, ppl handed out dbols like crazy to the team) - BUT - I have taken now near 5 years off. The gains have been beautiful.

I love the iron. I will never turn back.

again - thank you for the kind words - it's very hard for me to post this stuff , but it reminds me my history is just that - and who I am today is the man I am making myself.
