That's part of it and no surprise...why not then tax it then?

Seems big pharma is behind this by badgering the states and putting up propaganda. Not too long before the feds act on the kratom situation and would not be surprised if it's banned at the federal level as well. That's why we need petitions and information out there for people to see what kratom is all about.
