I'm a big fan of Chris Aceto, I think he's got some great ideas, granted his type of dieting/nutritional strategies can't work for everyone, but he's amazing. If you're interested in some easy reads that can help develop great individualized diets for weight loss, contest prep, off-season bulking I highly recommend picking up both of the following books. Most will be able to read both books in less than a week easily.
Everything You Need To Know About Fat Loss
Championship Bodybuilding
The first is much more than a book on fat loss. it's a great aid in developing personalized diets. There are some good formuilas that can work. Especially for those that are trainers and work for clients that cannot stick to a BODYBUILDING type diet.
The second is very very basic. The first 2/3 of the book is pretty worthless for anyone that's been training for some time and has a clue. However, when he starts talking about diet, it gets good. Again, the info is BASIC, but even for intermediate BB's it's a good easy read. It makes everything so simple to understand. Highly recommended.
