I don't think I ever introduced myself on this board......
I have seen a few familiar people, LiftsofIron, Cruci, Drveejay.............
In all honesty, when I do see a few certain screen names (ironaddict in particular, is trouble on this board as well?), I take time to read a few of the sections.
So for those of you who don't know me, my name is Tatyana, I am a competitive natural bodybuilding getting ready for my first comp of my third season.
One year ago almost to the day, I was having surgery to have a complete rupture of my achilles mended (happened due to trauma/impact not training).
6 months on crutches did wonders for a lot of my upper body, and the one leg that carried my butt in and out of London with all my books for uni, up and down my high street to get my shopping.............
I am a biomedical scientist in clinical biochem, and I am completing my research project this year on macro creatine kinase.
Right now I am more or less doing a timed keto diet, three days low (4 days just makes me seriously grumpy), 50 -70 g carbs (about 10-15% of my total kcals most days), and then one day high.
I do have a few specific training goals that I hope to find on this board (or Iron addicts), and I am also hoping there are far fewer idiotic newbie questions on this board
