Hello All;

My name is J. I am 28 years old. I have been inconsistently weight training for what seems like an eternity but is really only a couple years. I have started several different routines over the years but never stuck to them. I always wanted results faster then they came. I guess you could say that I was looking for the easy way out. Big results with little effort. I was always searching for the magic supplement that would transform my body into the defined body I wanted. I have yet to find that supplement. I grew increasingly frustrated with my search for that magic pill that I finally said "srew it!" and I went to the gym. This time, however, I started researching what I should be doing at the gym. What I should be eating. How many days a week I should train. What the required amount of rest is. What I should do when I feel fatigued and burnt out. Proper form for the exercises I was doing. I found all this information on this web-site. So for that I thank-you. Without this information I probably would have gone down the same path I ended up on countless times before. I have only been training seriously again since Feb. of this year but I have to say, I am feeling better than I have in years. I am excited to go to the gym again. For the first time I am seeing results. Results are encouraging. I figured I should join the board that has unknowingly helped me in so many ways. I may not be able to contribute a lot of information as I am no expert when it comes to weight training, but I will probably ask a few questions. Again, thanks for helping me begin to achieve my goals. It is much appreciated.

You know we are a friendly bunch, so ask questions if you need to, jump in wherever you can. Everyone's input is much appreciated. You can reach your goal, you have seen lots of proof right here that it can be done with some hard work :)
