whats the percentage of blacks in prison like 80% and only a small percent of our entire population.. That right there tells you something.. Black people cant get out of the rut there in. They can blame it on everyone else but they have to make some changes in there community... A big problem is there heroes that they look up to (rappers) preach and encourage selling drugs and commiting crimes.. I dont know why they cant function in society like normal people.
