How to Use Lantus and Novarapid Insuin

Lantus is usually given once a day, and works for 20 – 24 hours. Levemir may be given once or twice daily as it works for 12 – 16 hours. Bolus insulin – usually Novorapid, or Humalog This is the insulin given with meals and any snacks containing carbohydrates (carbs).

I don't know why a non-diabetic would want to use this. It'd just crash you for 24hrs straight if you did too much.

I did not mention either way if they were diabetic or not. But if you're not a serious r bodybuilder. You would not understand. understand. Eating 4000-5000 cals is not normal. Serious mates must keep sugar out the blood. Ned it in. elks
