Been cutting for 4 weeks now down from 276 to 258. The diet is easy but cardio just blows. I am on my exercise bike right now as I post this. We have a bike, treadmill, and eliptical in our sitting room in our master bedroom. Makes it easier but I still hate it. My wife is doing s half marathon this Saturday, I wish I liked cardio as much as she does..

Doesnt seem to bother me, I'm a treadmill only type though. Just turn on the ipod and I'm set.

I say -"what is Cardio" ...
I hadnt done cardio on the treadmill or Eliptical in 7 months , I despise the thought of running in place or running at all for that matter .
Although as bad as I hate it , I started doing it only on Tuesdays for 30 min sessions 3 weeks ago ,not to lean out or to cutt but for healthy heart reasons I reckon , But dont let me fool ya ,,,,I hate that CARDIO word

You and me both BSD. Just not a big fan of it like lifting. I do the treadmill and ride my BMX bicycle up and down these big ass hills near my house. They kill my quads and leave me winded!

I can't run because my shins get knots so bad I can't walk. So I stopped cardo and just ride my young hot girl and I stay lean LOL!!.

Heavy bag beats every other form of cardio, haven't you one hanging in your garage?

I don't run unless someone is chasing me with a weapon. I walk for 45 minutes on the treadmill 5 days a week. It sucks but I gotta do it.

For me cardio is heavy squats. My heart rate gets way up and stays there until I'm done.

I like getting my cardio through xfit. Easier to get through then the dreaded treadmill or elliptical.

It would suck for big f**kers like you, but for little guys like me (175lbs - 190lbs), it's a f**king breeze. I love pushing myself on a run, cutting a couple of seconds off, running one kilometre faster than the time before.

Nothing worse than gasing either, makes me feel inadequate. Doesn't matter how big and massive a person is, without air, he's the other guys bitch....within reason.

I don't think that a lot of people at the boards like cardio.
I found an easy way to combine best of both worlds: I don't take any rest between sets ... and I do a lot of cross fit exercises.

Once you see what cardio does to your body, and how great you feel after an intense cardio session I doubt you will hate it. Do some type of cardio that will keep you entertained.

Oh no, I still hate it. I just did the stairmill at the gym for 45min and it sucked. I know how good it is for me and I always need to do it to reach my goals, but it still suxs.

Yeah that is boring cardio though. If you do some where you start to see your coordination increase it can be more entertaining.
