doing squats last night... hardest i ever trained in my life... it wasnt long though.. i had such a fucking headache and my eyes felt like they were twirling in my head... man it was crazy...

naw... it was only momentarly.. lol i still have a headache this am though... and i can barely walk from training lol... i am great man..

no it was after a set.. lol yes i am grateful for that... i leaned over to pick up a plate and fell toward the mirror by the squat rack
 
sounds like you might need to work on your breathing during leg day. I used to have this happen to me until I realized I wasn't breathing properly during the set and would get all lightheaded and dizzy.

That's true the main thing is to not hold your breath to long. And don't hyperventalate.
 
LOL sounds like me when I went for my max dead lift. Glad to hear you are ok black
 
Fuck I hate leg day....Dizzy, cranky, unreal headaches (can't even have my I-Pod on super-low) and of course, the inability to drive home properly or walk a simple set of stairs. Some days I really wonder why I do this...
 
do yu bros ever get that sick knot in the back of your head when doing legs.. i was training with get this and olympic down hill skier one day and he had this crazy ass leg workout sets of 14 reps on everything very heavy too.. i got this terrible knot in the back of my head couldn;t eat anything for a couple hours felt like shit. also i was squating very heave four sets of 315 14 reps.. this was 2 years back i aint a bunch of pineapple before coming to the gym . on the way out a puked it all back up and one of the ladys gave me a broom and asked me to clean it up.. i told her where she could put that broom i could barely stand
