Imagine if you will that there was worldwide nuclear war. Everything is in ruins. You are walking the streets of suburban DC area, and everything has encountered massive radiation. Gangs of bandits (called Raiders) roam the outside world, as well as all sorts of deformed creatures. It is an RPG just like Morrowind or Oblivion (made by the same people) but set in the future. No elves, magicians, or any of that bullshit.

Great game, I highly recommend for anyone who likes RPGs.
 
man..oblivion was epic. it took over 30 hours of my life that I'll never have back. I never did end up finishing it either lol. Do you know if there will be a demo out for fallout? Ive heard spiderman web of shadows was pretty sweet too. but Im waitin for a demo lol

Bah...i was gonna by this game yesterday but had something better to do

So bascially u have a little solider and you upgrade his armour and weapons wow style?

im having a hard time grasping the concept, all the years ive played games i heard how awesome oblivion and morrowwind are, but ive never played them

lol yeah thats basically how it is. huge map, tons of different enemies and weaposn, armour etc. Different towns to go to. I thought it sounded and looked retarded until I played it...so damn addicting :smoker:. One of my fav games of all time (oblivion)
 
Bah i hate video games
its the ONLY thing I buy

Outside of watches, i dont own one expensive thing. Im the type of guy who buys summer clothes in the winter that are on sale and vice versa. The shoes i wear normally have been gorilla glued like 100 times.

But video games I get ALL the time. I have little big planet, starwars and like 4 other games laying around that i havnt played since ive been playing dead space.

Now im thinking fallout sounds like a great idea, but gears 2 is coming out next week also

Never got into WOW myself. I only own like 2 games, this one included. I have been playing COD4 for the past year or so :D
 
ive been playin the new gears, my buddy got a ripped copy off the net a couple weeks ago...awesome game, im curious to see how COD 5 plays out, I doubt its gonna be better than Cod 4 just because they went back to world war 2 gameplay. They already have cod 6 in the making, sci fi/futuristic

well i dont expect much from the new cod because its not even made by the people who made cod4
 
meh i just decided i was going to pass for now, left 4 dead and gears 2 comes out on the same day next week

yeah it seems pretty lame so far besides that zombie survival thing. Cod 4 left some big shoes to fill. I always thought it would be awesome to have some kindof revolutionary war or civil war call of duty game. Have bigass bayonet charges like on the patriot. But I guess that wouldnt have as much "worlwide appeal" since it would mainly be focused on America fighting and maybe the French perspective also

Left 4 dead could be very interesting no doubt. Im not so stoked about gears 2 though. I thought gears of war was so overhyped. It was a cool game but after I played through it once I never touched it again. The chainsaw gun was more of a gimmick too. You couldnt just run around slicing everything
 
Call of duty 6 is going to be made by infinity ward, they took back the rights from Treyarch
