IVE BEEN WORKING 15 HOUR DAYS......YES MY PARRTYING/FOREPLAY/SEX ADDICTION WILL PROBABLY DRASTICALLY DECLINE AS OF RIGHT NOW DUE TO HAVING TO REALLY PUT EVERYTHING INTO THIS BIG CLIENT WE GOT..

ANYWAYS, SINC EIM NOT ON THE ROAD ANY MORE AND IN MY OFFICE AND ACCESS TO A FRIDGE AND MICRO LIKE BACK IN THE DAY, IM BRINGING MY FOOD IN AND SHIT..BACK TO MY GOOD DIET...

PROBLEM IS GYM RIGHT NOW IS VERY DIFFICULT...TRIED IT THIS MORNING AND WAS FUKIN BEAT..AFTER WORK LAST NGIHT WHEN I GOT OUT AT 9:30 AND WAS BEAT..

IS THIS POSSIBLE?
 
I KNOW THE MUSCLE SIDE OF IT WONT BE PROBABLY LIKE I HAD IT BUT I DUNNO..MAYBE TRY GETTING THE ABS DOWN PACKED(I'MMA SO BE QUOTED ON THIS ONE BY GAY-LY) AND TRY THE LEANER LOOK AND MAYBE JUST DO SOME NASTY PUSHUPS AND ABS BEFORE SLEEP..
 
You'll get used to morning workouts after a week or so. I've been doing it for years, you just have to want it.

i hear you bro but as of right now im just seriously drained..i'm like yey close to even getting rid of my chick cuz i'm not even in the mood for her shit right now..

but any ways...look if i do this little work out scheme my uncle taught me(which i did yesterday and had some good results today with sorness, you think its better than nothing..

20 pushups rest 10 secs
19 pushups rest 9 secs
18 pushups rest 8 secs
and so on till 1
then back again up to 2, to 3 to 4 to 20

which is a total of 420 push ups in a quick pace routine...

now adding some running and pulls ups(have the bar on the room) shouldnt be to bad for just a couple weeks till shit slows down now you think?
 
anything is better than nothing

if you are doing calisthenics you can do all of these

pushups
dips
pull-ups
situps/crunches
hanging leg raises on pull-up bar

grab some old dumbells and do curls/shoulder presses/rows/etc.

Getting ripped with just diet and cardio is easy at your age as your metabolism is so high. Requires a lot of discipline and strict attention to detail. 6 small meals per day and calculate your protein/fat/carb ratio according to your weight and routine. Use a scale. I would cut carbs off about 6-7 p.m., excluding post workout shake. You can get pretty damn ripped naturally, but if you're talking ripped like your idol OLYMPIAN, you're just fooling yourself. ;)
