Hello everyone,

I've been away from the boards for a little while up until recently, and it's good to be back and see some old familiar names around still. I first joined the forums back in 2007 on OutlawMuscle, and also a great board with a close knit group of guys called Muscle-Unlimited. I'm a little wiser now than I was back in those days, and man I wish I knew then what I knew now, ha!

Anyways, never stopped bodybuilding, still plugging away. Thanks to Wallyd for inviting me over here. Looking forward to being back in the community !
