Hello to all particularly to my good friend Lifts! Nice looking site here. i will have to stop by more often to see what is shaking.

For thoses who do not know, i am a "senior" bbr, strictly amateur but very serious about it. I am into the science of bb'ing why it works, what makes it work, and how to enhance that progress. Always looking to learn new things and share what i know about bb'ing in older bbrs.
