joint pain relief

I need some tips for my joint pains now that Im gonna start getting back into it, especially in my knees. Ibuprofen doesn't really do shit for me. Glucosomine is ok but I don't want to wait three weeks for relief. Can anybody advise me anti-inflammatories?

where else you getting the joint pain? if it is in fact joint pain cause from excercises look at your form, ie locking out on lifts etc

I get them just from running on the treadmill
