It was a damn good fight.....i had it tied going into the fifth rd.....jones stepped up but damn closer than i wouldve ever thought. The height and reach played a huge part. Rematch? I hope so!!
 
Awesome fight! I had Gustafson winning 3 rounds but it could have gone either way. I think we will see a lot of arguments in gustafsons favour winning once one of those fight matrix comes out.

The judge who scored it 49-46 jones should be fired lol
 
Haven't heard anything yet but both were taken to hospital and didnt make the post fight.

They were both limping out of the cage

jones came on hard at the end! looked like a true champ that refused to lose! Gust was gassed bad and hurt pretty bad in rd 4. yeah jones lip was busted and his eye was bleeding but his face finally got touched for the 1st time! he didn't let that bother him. I feel if Gust had better cardio in the Championship rounds he may have pulled this off! I seriously think he gassed and that cost him the fight!
 
Jones was more aggressive throughout. Maybe not the best fighter in the ring, but the best on that night.
 
Awesome fight! Jones finally was challenged and taken to the limit. Rematch is deserving bigtime.

smart move by jones....fight someone different...figure out your slight imperfections and watch your next rematch opponent during his next match to figure him out more! the game is all about staying at the top as long as you can while youre young and making as much money as possible!
