Leg day is dreaded for me. Not that I don't like it, I just know I'm in for an ass whooping. Every other workout day is easy compared to legs. Squats and deads. nothing gets you shaking like those 2 do.
 
I get like diarrhea every leg day. It's like my mind is telling the guts to empty out so I don't poop myself while training.
