How's it going, site looks good, I very been around the boards since early 2000, I usually stuck to one or two at the most that I frequent just about daily.
My current home board or the one I am on majority of my time is UM, I am a made member and I was reffered by a good brother over there about his site.
I hit it pretty hard all year long, I train 6-7 days a week, I sit around 240 normally and then jack it up to 265+ a few times a year. I mainly am always bulking, never really cut it up too much, limited cardio work, heavy weight and lots of carbs,, pretty shitty actually but it's where I feel my best with strength.
Anyways, if I can ever be of help just ask, again, not a lot on cutting but bulking and mass I am pretty well versed on. Not to hard,,, eat until you just about puke basically 10x a day,, or more!!!!
