Monster typhoon Haiyan

Talk about lucky, fortunate, blessed or whatever you wanna call it - we didn't get anything here from the typhoon. I mean even no breeze at all - it only rained lightly for a few hours and that's it. I thank God bigtime. I'm about 30 miles North of Manila, and it hit much further south. Man I pity the people that were in it's path. They say it's the most powerful hurricane ever to make landfall with sustained winds that were 195mph and gusts to 230pmh. Camille held the previous record at 190mph when making landfall. Sad thing about it is that so many of the people over here are so poor that they just live in small shannies/shacks that been thrown together with random pieces of wood, bamboo, tin, whateva. They aren't much shelter when a storm like this comes along.

my wife's a flip,her sisters house was probably destroyed.can't get in touch with her yet.I'm sure it's going to cost me some more money.I always send them money every month for food,and bills,hope there ok.

Being a Floridian I was thinking about you wondering if you would be impacted. I've been weeks without electric and water due to storm damage. It's no picnic.
And all those fatalities. Man, my heart goes out to all those families! Heart breaking.

all "natural" disasters are created by HAARP...i'm sure us taxpayers will be giving several hundred million in foreign aid in this...more money we don't have that we'll never get back...guaranteed that more than half of the aid will be pocketed by their politicians and ours as well...natural disasters is a lucrative business

Tell it to the mom and dad I just seen on TV that can't find their 3 kids as the deep water sucked them away. How bout' you - would your sentiments be the same if you had family there right now? Not like Philippines is some mid-east country where everybody want's to kill Americans and shit. Philippines has been an allie of the US for a long time now. Couldn't meet nicer people. Just sayin'.

i meant this post to knock our gov't not the people there...i have a couple filipino friends who have family there and although i can't understand pinoy or filipino or language i know what their facebook posts have been about the last week

yessir they do but when i tell ppl they call me crazy,a truther,trouble seeker but look into what HAARP really is and you'd be astonished,amazed at the havoc it will wreak upon nature itself.from simple cloud formations to the most devastating of earthquakes it's one of the militatys most powerful secret weapon and no one really knows wtf it is.sad that the sheeple are so blinded by the zionist owned and led news media they'll beleive anything in print or on TV.230mph winds...Hank i cannot fathom what fear was running thru you and your familys hearts during this tragic event...
