yeah, but they are 1g/cap and that means that i will be taking 10 caps a day and therefor the 100 softgels only last 10 days.

anti... no one can estimate how much you're going to gain in a year... Most supplements that I take are for health bc I find most of the anabolic ones or supposed anabolic ones a waste... Food is probably #1 supplement. There was a study who had the most muscle per inch and out of Powerliters/bb-ers/sumo wrestelrs sumos had the most.... then powerlifters had 2nd... and of course BBers last lol

Also I will say lifting HEAVY is also the only way to go at your stage in lifting. I would do a power based routine and jus tload yourself up with food even if you get a little fat. Make sure you're keeping your conditioning up but do that smartly. It won't burn muscle like so many people will try and lead you believe -- in the long wrong it will boost your work capcity and ability to recover -- thus mor emuscle.

i do plan on eating big...i currently weigh 150lbs because i have lost 17lbs since the begginning of the year with not being able to workout, but here is the diet i will be eating:

Meal 1 = 75g to 80g of carbs, 55g of protein, 5g of fat or less
Meal 2 = 75g to 80g of carbs, 55g of protein, 5g of fat or less
Meal 3 = 75g to 80g of carbs, 55g of protein, 5g of fat or less
Meal 4 = 55g of protein + 25-30g fat
Meal 5 = 75g to 80g of carbs, 55g of protein, 5g of fat or less (Probably post workout)
Meal 6 = 55g protein + 15g olive oil
Meal 7 = 55g pre-bed shake + 5-10g worth of fish oil

i know that, but its worth a fair shot...besides, he also says that the reason most people fail using his program is because their diet is not right, and mine aint gonna be that bad.
