new goal is to be doing sets of 185 by christmas. i've been making pretty good gains with this (5 weeks ago, i was stuck at 95lbs) so i think if i keep making decent weekly gains, it's very doable. thoughts?

i'm not sure if i've started doing something wrong...but i've made HUGE gains in these in the past two weeks. next week i'm going up to 250.
 
i know it looks like i took a lot of time off...but i didn't. it seemed for a while that every time i came on the site to update my log, the site was down. VERY inconvenient. hahaha

now, i'm off for a week. haha...but keep in mind, i didn't just START this routine. this was the end of week 5 and i made some very good progress and strength gains. however, i'm moving this week and my dad's up helping and stuff. i'm looking forward to hitting it again next week though.
 
i've been off for the week. moving and home renovations have kept me out of the gym...but, at least it's an active rest. drywall gets heavy after lifting and carrying it around for a few hours at a time. i hope to be back on tuesday (monday is a holiday here)
