Have no idea how Dex & Rhoden placed higher than Ramy & Bonac. Bonac was the best conditioned guy on stage & full, round all over. Ramy looked better than ever. Shauns arms are thin, soft back & couldn't control his lower gut sticking out. Dex ain't shit - no width at all in FLS, minimal quad separation, and not as peeled as usual. IMO Cedric also should have been higher than Dex & Shaun. It must suck BIGTIME to put in all that time & work to end up getting fucked over by politics! Just my take.
