Been on 2mg of suboxen for the last 2 years.. It a strong opiate for a maitanance program. I get constipated alot. Ive tried many different products they work for awhile but then my body gets use to them. I can tell theres some built of waste in my intestines and i really want to clean them out.. any suggestions on doing this without fasting or eating only fruit for a whole week

Take three metamucil capsules every night before bedtime.
Works wonders for ease of movement.

Tried that. I have this detox kit the first couple of times it worked you take 4 fiber caps in the am and pm and 3 natural laxative caps it worked well but your only suppose to use it a couple times of year plus its really expensive to buy it all the time.. Im trying to get a lot more servings of fruit it seems to help a bit..

you on heavy pain killers tho. i wouldn;t have a problem if it wasn;t for the devil opiates.

That happens due to the obvious side effect of most opiates. It's a secondary nature of those drugs to slow gastric motility. Whenever I hear someone talking about taking any painkillers, I remind them to drink as much water as they can. As far as the fiber issue goes, psyllium husks taken twice a day helps alot of poeple. It's pretty cheap and you can get it just about anywhere. Plenty of green veges and dark berries will also assist in keeping things as close to regular as one can hope for.

If that doesn't help, I would suggest doing a fruit only diet for about 2 days. You may also want to take some probiotics or throw in some yogurt with the fruit to assist with the positive bacteria in the colon. Those aid in a healthy movement as well. A healthy colon is a great thing that most people neglect these days. And yes, sometimes I am guilty of this too. Sometimes nothing feels as great as the feeling after a good healthy poo..

Thanks for the tips bro ill give those things a shot
