My wife took it on her phone I'm three weeks into my winter bulker. 6'3" 250, here we go......

Very good physique..I'd concentrate on upper chest this offseason.
 
Yeah, upper chest is definately my focus right now. I wasn't really flexin my chest though, it looks bad in that pic, that was supposed to be a quad pic, I actually stopped training legs all year until last week trying to balance out more, focusing on front delts and upper chest for the most part.
 
I'm gonna blow my upper chest out for a month and do some better pics. constructive criticism is definately appreciated! Thanks!
 
Wel, I'm feeling all the benefits that gh is supposed to give only after three and a half weeks at an extremely low dose. for one I should have put on way more fat than I have cause my so called bulking diet has had one whacked up meal just about everyday like whole pizza'a and shit. Secondly, My skin just looks better. Somehow I don't seem to need quite as much sleep either. Now, I have made a lot of changes the same time I started the cjc with diet and AS so its hard to differenciate, but I feel its the peptide. On the other hand my wife is using it too, she has naturally developed calves and has no need to train them. she has not made any other changes at all and her calves have shredded up for no reason at all, as well as the rest of her body, but her calves don't even get trained and they have changed, its crazy.
 
Here's me almost four years ago at 298, my heaviest being 305. I played football, ugh.

Here's around march of this year at 225. Took me like three years to loose all the flab taking breaks to let skin tighten etc.

I have been using 500 mcg weekly split in two doses, which is half of what is normally suggested to start with. The more hard core guys are using like 500 mcg daily, a waste in my opinion.
