I know that this is a bit early but, I'm going to start a little early.

My resolution is to whip my tired old ass into shape and maybe do one more show after nearly a five year layoff.
I'm thinking about maybe seeing Ozzy on April 4th.

Christ I better get into shape of the boss is coming to town in April!

To look better at 47 then i was at 27. Tall order but this geezer is plenty motivated.

Same as the last 10 years. Be a better person physically, mentally and spiritually, feel better about me (learn to accept me and quit being so hard on myself) and take time for things that actually matter in life (family, fun, belly-aching laughing).

By about mid January, I write it off and tell myself "well, there's always next year" :D

I resolve to reanimate dead tissue... or at least look like I am still alive.

For me,just keep life simple.keep maintaining being clean, find new work asap n g3t my ass back to the gym n get to where i was before i allowed myself to relapse n tossed away everything i strived so hard to get in the 6yrs i was clean n sober.keep all negative ppl away from me...nothing major lol.I'll be happy just being normal again.

I never do resolutions. I have plenty of goals without adding a special new year goal. With that said, I want to clean up my eating and get back into cardio. I will also keep plugging away at work and school.

do well at the national show in July. Which is a whole set of things I need to be better at. So I guess the main one would be consistent dedication.

-Finish some projects around the house.
-Take my son to his first camping trip.
-Take my son fishing.
-Bring my squats back up.
-Bring my deads back up.
-Consistency in everything
-Do what I can to avoid getting sick...keep immune system strong.
-Drop down to sub-6% by end of summer.
-Go on more vacations, even if just over the weekend.
-Tell my son and GF I love them everyday...multiple times.
-Possibly look at other alternatives of work within my major/field.

...just off the top of my head quickly:)

To become smarter with my training to realize that my age and injuries prohibit me from lifting high poundage.
It's just not for me any longer.
Try to be a better father and husband.
Give up smoking again. This time for good.
Finish my honey do list by summer.

I really don't do resolutions either but my girlfriend wants to see my abs so I've got some fat to lose. I can almost see my top two so I think I'm on the right track. Then I've got to adjust my diet to stay in that kind of shape. I tried to tell her that abs are over rated but she wont listen to me...lol

I'm gonna try and eat better. My actual diet of 1 protein shake + 2 yoghurts for breakfast, some tuna on toast for lunch and another shake + 2 yoghurts for dinner kinda sucks :angel2:
