sorry, I felt like this was the wrong place to vent something like this, I was a little embarrassed. I should keep this stuf bodybuilding related.

Everyone has Wounds that don't heal, doubts, and psychic troubles causing us to fall into bouts of self-destruction. Some of my best advice has come from members on this site; harsh at times, but effective. Nobody gains wisdom from a book, it comes from experience. People have been where you are. Small steps in right direction advance more than leaps in the wrong.
