i noticed the my right pec is mor bigger than my left one. so with the quad and arms but not noticable, since i am a right handed guy do u think thats normal? is it aight to put extra rep on my left part to balance my body? thanks

eh Im right handed but my left pec and arm s bigger/ stronger. Do you play guitar or any sport where you would be using your other arm more? i think me playing guitar has led to my way stronger grip on my left arm. Which may have led to its overall uneven size & strength. I dont know what to say to do besides isolate that side. Maybe do one arm pushups with the other side..or one armed smith machine or db bench presses?

before i use to play tennis but it wasnt that long. i dont know bro i think its my genetics that sucks. thanks maybe il try that one

well,my left nut hangs lower than my right...its perfectly normal Grasshopper:0........Z

Im right sided(hand and foot), but my left side arm and leg look bigger and more developed, go figure....

My right forearm is slightly bigger than the left but I think thats from jerking off too much... hmmm

im left handed and my left arm is 1/2 inch bigger..intense masturbation might have caused this.

Inclines and benches with Dumbells over time should take care of it. If you are right handed and use a bar often your left pec has to work harder to maintain balance, It's kind of common for guys who just bench with a barbell to have one pec larger than the other. Heavy Dumbells bro!

im the same , my left tricep is big time better than my right,
im betting that the weaker/non dominant side gets pushed much harder in the gym than the stronger side when doing any lift where the weight is the same on both sides [ bench , bb curls , etc. ]

I was taught to alternate between BB and DB but there is still some asymmetry. You wouldn't notice just in looking, but I can tell.
