chicken marinated in a ziploc bag covered in zesty italian dressing overnight .
pork marinated in a ziploc bag overnight in apple juice with some brown sugar mixed in .
use turbinaro sugar when cooking at high heat instead of brown sugar because brown burns at a lower temp .
brisket covered liberally with a dry rub and smothered with mustard over night and then slow cooked over a indirect fire in the grill [ or 225 degrees in the oven if you dont have a grill ] , cook to about 175-180 degrees internal then wrap in foil and let cool for about 30 min .

ribs i like my ribs cooked in dry rub for 3-3.5 hours at 225-275 over coals and then place the ribs on aluminum foil /sprayed with apple juice and smothered in butter wrapped up tight . cook the ribs in foil for another hour then remove the ribs and put a light coat of sauce on them and place back on the rack for 30 min to 1 hour , which is just long enough to carmelize the sauce and not burn it .

ATOMIC BUFFALO TURDS

cut the tops off of some fairly large jalapenos and core out the seeds / insides . wrap the outside with a slice of bacon and pin it with a toothpick.

heres the kicker , you experiment with the what you fill the jalapeno insides with / stuffing . some use cheese , some sausage , hamburger meat , etc.

Thats been my fav for a long time. I put 3-5 lbs boneless/skinless breast in a large tupperware bowl, mix in a normal size bottle of zesty italian dressing, 1 large chopped onion, and alot of garlic powder. Let that marinate overnight - or actually a few hours will do. I preheat oven, then broil 15 mins one side, then flip the breasts and broil 10 mins other side. Fast, and some of the best, juicy tasting chicken you ever had. :D

Go to Sam's or Costco and get the 93/7 lean turkey meat. Also get taco seasoning from publix or whatever grocery place you have. Get a pot, spray it with fat-free canola oil/PAM. Drop the turkey meat in there, start separating it with a spatula, half way through it being cooked, throw the taco seasoning on there, let it simmer until done. Dump it in a strainer and squeeze all the fat out of it and you're good to go.

Dph what is broil? A lot of my meals here have said it on the menu but I'm confused. Is it another word for bake??

Spinach-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup thinly sliced leek (about 1 large)
2 garlic cloves, minced (about 1 teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
4 medium (about 5 ounces each) skinless, boneless chicken breasts, trimmed of excess fat
3 ounces bottled roasted red bell peppers (about 1 1/4 peppers), divided
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
Cooking spray
1/4 cup dry white wine

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350?.

2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add leek, garlic, oregano, salt, crushed red pepper, and black pepper; cook and stir until leek is soft (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and add the spinach, stirring to combine; set spinach mixture aside.

2. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally using a sharp knife. Place bottom halves of breasts in a 9- x 9-inch baking dish, setting top halves aside. Divide spinach filling evenly among breasts; top each portion with one-fourth of roasted red peppers, and replace the top halves of breasts.

3. Brush the top half of each chicken breast with melted butter; sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and spray lightly with cooking spray. Add wine to baking dish (avoiding the breadcrumbs), and bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.

4. Remove chicken from oven; let rest for 5 minutes before serving. To serve, cut each breast into 3 or 4 slices on the diagonal to expose the stuffing, or simply leave each portion whole.

I wanted to bump this up for additions. I always struggle with growing bored of food.

Protein Bars

16 Ounces Natural Peanut Butter
? Cup Honey
6 Scoops of Whey Protein Powder
1 Cup of Uncooked Quick Oats

Mix the peanut butter and honey in a bowl, microwave on full for 80-90 seconds. Add the rest and mix together. Can add raisins/nuts etc to taste. I dig my hands in the bowl and get dirty. Smooth onto waxed paper and leave for 20 mins. Cut into 10 to 12 equal bars and wrap in the waxed paper and store in fridge.

I usually double everything while I'm making a mess.
